We have changed our method for appointment reminders.
Patients will no longer will be receiving a reminder call from The Family Clinic of Natural Medicine. Instead, patients will receive a reminder email and text. Patients will receive an email once they schedule an appointment and then receive another email and text 48 hours before before their appointment.
The Family Clinic of Natural Medicine is in the process of switching all patients over to our new system. If we do not have your email or wireless phone number, please provide this information at your next appointment. You can also call us at (608) 222-2700 to provide this information so we can update your account right away.
If you would still like a reminder call, please let us know. We are happy to make that accommodation.
